James Aaron Oh (he/ him) is an actor and voice artist. Based in Los Angeles, he has worked on stages across the country: Exotic Deadly: Or the MSG Play (San Francisco Playhouse), The Great Leap (Center REP, Oklahoma City Rep, San Jose Stage Company), Sanctuary City and The Great Wave (Berkeley Repertory Theater) and many others.

In voice acting, he has worked on independent video games, audio dramas, and independent animations with creators from around the globe. He also booked his first ever audiobook with Penguin Random House, set to release in May of 2025

On screen, you can find him in the gangster film, Protection Detail, and the upcoming indie martial arts flick, Hard Redemption, starring Lou Ferrigno, set for release summer 2025.

Through his decade of acting, James seeks to celebrate and empower Asian Americans through his craft, with a world view that comes from moving 19 times before he was 18. He’s known for his sharp and snappy physical comedy, backed by deep pathos. When not acting, you can find him reading fantasy novels, running through hills, or listening and dancing to swing music.
